The company needs to redisgn its existing newsletters for either internal and external uses. The aim is to get a better open rate. Both UX and UI improvement were taken into consideration to achieve this goals.
A cleaner and better structure layout were crucial for each of the proposals. A well defined keys and more credit to the copy text and elements within the newsletter, such as the amount of CTA, the type of content and a better balance across different elements helped in order to come up with the right solution.
